Just played 2 games on lichess.org, level 1 and 2. Supposed to be a decent engine but I'm having some doubts because I haven't played in more than 20 years.

My daughter takes chess lessons and plays online. She's pretty good for an 11 year old, but not a chess master yet.

I played against a 7 year old the other night. He almost had me, but I beat him. AM I A BAD PERSON? My move was so obvious, I couldn't not take it. But he did have good strategy, like he would get up to talk to the adults or go to the bathroom and come back and ask if it was his move, thinking I would forget where we were in the game.
