I've never had pancakes that had fruit or chocolate added. Have you?

Sourcream pancakes are scrumptious. Mix in some chopped walnuts and they're better still.

Mom used to make the Chocolate chip pancakes and blueberry pancakes. And I love IHOP's Rooty Tooty Fresh N'Fruity pancakes.

Besides blueberry . . . might I suggest crushed pineapple and shredded coconut, too.

I've never been a big fan of banana, in pancakes.

There's always crepes (for fruit or cheese) and the Dutch Baby . . . for fruit.

J made pancakes topped with macerated strawberries in champagne, they were quite delicious.

My boss & her housekeeper loved what she called big dutch babies. I never tried one, but she said the corners were the best.
