Hmmm..I cry at sad movies. And I do not give a flying rats ass about Dark Knight or the fact that Heath Ledger should win anything just because he OD'ed a year ago.

Whether Ledger wins anything or not for his performance as the Joker has fuck all to do with him dying.
Have you seen the film?, if not how can you judge whether or not his performance was oscar/bafta worthy or not?

YES I saw the movie. Was not impressed. Would people be saying the same shit if he died right after Brokeback Mountain?

Probably, his performance in Brokeback Mountain was also excellent and was duly nominated for an oscar so yes, the response probably would have been quite similar.
I promising young actor died by accident, hardly headline of the century but tragic in the same way any truly talented person dying young is.
The fact you refer to the Batman series as drivel shows how obviously biased you are against the films and the character, what did you watch it for?, most people with a brain can recognise an excellent performance even in a film who's genre is of no interest to them.
