WHOSE FAULT IS IT? - Duchess - 08-15-2024 Who bears the responsibility of a drug overdose, the person who sells it or the person who buys it? RE: WHOSE FAULT IS IT? - sally - 08-15-2024 The person who buys it. They know the chances they're taking. RE: WHOSE FAULT IS IT? - Carsman - 08-15-2024 Interesting question, on many levels. Many will say the buyer, while others will say the seller. Actually both, "along with others" are equally responsible. There wouldn't be a need for a seller if there wasn't a buyer waiting to buy the product. Then there is manufacturer of the product well knowing and not caring how damaging their product is to their users. Then there are the mules that transport the product through security checks using subterfuge methods. Then there is society itself that causes life situations forcing many people to become users/ buyers. It's a sad cycle that has no solution. RE: WHOSE FAULT IS IT? - cannongal - 08-16-2024 Does this have to do with Matthew perry? I'm still trying to understand why they charged 5 people... So, your own private physician tells you not to do something, but you do it anyway. I am a canvas for pushing the limits, and I don't blame anyone but me. Why the fuck would you blame anyone but you? RE: WHOSE FAULT IS IT? - Duchess - 08-16-2024 CG, I said it was inspired by that story, that's all. I did not take a position on it one way or another. I'm not your man, get out of my face with your bullshit. RE: WHOSE FAULT IS IT? - cannongal - 08-16-2024 (08-16-2024, 04:14 PM)Duchess Wrote: CG, I said it was inspired by that story, that's all. Asking for a friend. RE: WHOSE FAULT IS IT? - aussiefriend - 08-17-2024 The person who overdosed is not responsible. They have a disease which is being exploited by what is now being revealed as societal leeches, parasites and they need to be exterminated. I have been a nurse to addicts. They hate that they are addicted, they don't want to be in that space, they know they are in harms way and in danger, that's why they go in and out of rehab to try and get clean. They want it out of their lives. These people that exploit that addiction are the lowest human forms of life. They deserve 100% culpability. He tried to get more of the drug out of the legitimate doctors who rightly refused. They did the right thing. RE: WHOSE FAULT IS IT? - sally - 08-18-2024 My dad died of a drug overdose at 47 because he shot too much. He knew he fucked up at that very moment because he tried to withdrawl it and there was blood in the needle when we found him. I dont blame the guy he got it from because he was a drug addict too and no one held a gun to my dad's head telling him to do it.
