Those links are not the source code for just the video - they are the html pages the video and other items exist on.

You use [ media 320,250] and [ / media ] and put the link to the actual file in the middle. You can also use [ flash (width, height)] and [ / flash ] if it's a flash file and not a media file like mpeg or avi. Oh, and if you use an avi file make sure its actually an avatar so that fucking idiot Momster can see it. ::lmao::
