I don't own a set of scales, I never have as an adult. When I was young & still lived at home I would weigh myself morning, noon & night. I lived or died by the scales and it was extremely unhealthy for me. I gave food power. Don't do that, kids. Anyway, someone commented how strange it was not to own scales and I want to see if my friends own scales, do you?

My husband has one but I don’t use it (and I’ve never been a fan). Sadly these days…I’m the same size I’ve been for the last two decades but I weigh about 10lbs less than when I was at my most fit. Farewell muscle!!!

No, I just don’t care. I’m not overweight and couldn’t gain weight if I tried. Some women gain weight with menopause, but it’s doing the opposite to me.

I don't own scales but my brother Ed does. Last time I weighed myself on his scales I was 293 lbs but that was a year or so ago.

It was miserable. If I weighed too much I'd make myself vomit, if I had lost weight I'd be happy and do more vomiting because it had worked so well. "round & 'round I went.
