Why the hell would you want that??? ::bigg::

Get a doctor to write you a 'script for Xanax. If that doesn't work, I've found that some vigorous exercise helps. About 15 minutes of exercise then a warm shower. Even running up and down the stairs a few times can do the trick.

I am not sure we understand you completely. Can you elaborate on your thinking please.

I'll send you a naughty email.

Rough and dirty sex works even better. ::sly::

I will forever associate that lil' smiley with you...So mischevious.

Ambien. Except I have been known to shop online in the middle of the night and eat. However, I woke up refreshed everyday.

I don't sleep either. At one point I could take 8 Benedryl and still not sleep all night. I wake up at all hours of the night or I wake up at 4:38 and can't get back to sleep.

Now I just roll with it and get up and do laundry and shit. Usually by Thursday I am so freaking tired I pass out at 9.

Whatever you do, JB, don't use OTC sleep aids. I tried those before I had my 'script for Xanax and took one more than was recommended and hallucinated. It was fucking insane. I was so certain Bullet was here then disappeared that I called 2 of his Brothers to ask if he was with them. ::nuts:: That shit is bad news!!! [Image: supershock2.gif]

My dr said its safer to drink a glass of wine and pop a klonopin than to take sleeping pills.

For once he is right. I always rub one out before a nap.

Klonopin now? You are a mess. Dayumb, woman. What's so fucking bad about your life that you need Klonopin and an MD?

I already SAID, I have fibro. I also have general anxiety and panic attacks. Nothing is bad per se. I wake up in the middle of the night in the middle of a panic attack that feels like a heart attack. Its no bueno.

- QueenBee - 01-07-2009

The usual no caffeine or lots of food for a few hours before sleeping. If all else fails, pop a hugely boring movie into the DVD player..maybe if there is one tiled "The Story of Moose's life would fit the bill there.

GAD and PD? You are a mess! All you need is PTSD and OCD and you have the entire DSM-IV set.

You can fuck around with Benzodiazepines all you want; but you probably need an SSRI to fix your serotonin disorder in your brain. And you do know benzo's will cause permanent muscle weakness and fatigue, right? That exacerbates pain in FMS patients. You either have an idiot for an MD or you are a self medicating maniac. You might want to take a trip to the Mayo Clinic or another renowned hospital with a solid brain disorder group.

I'm on zoloft. I know about the pain and fatigue, know all too well. I'm seeing a behavioral health specialist as well. Trying to get off the anxiety meds with breathing and shit. Its not going well. I'm hoping cutting out nicotine, and then hopefully caffeine, will help.

Want my whole list of ailments el doctor?

- Maggot - 01-07-2009

I hate taking drugs and refuse to be saddled with a prescription addiction. Asprin cures all my ailments, and that is maybe once a month. I feel like I'm not "drugged up" enough to be here.::irk::...But a nice big spleef calms my anxiety.
