I thought it sounded kind of Scottish but not really... my handsome Scottish friend thinks it's a mishmash of accents with some "Punjabi/Indian/English" thrown in.

It sounds like it was CGI really. Can they do that with voices and accents?
Maybe it's an Indian who is developing a Scottish brogue from living there? I had a friend from Italy and her brother moved to Texas and the accent mix was quite hysterical to listen to.

Yeah, that's what Clancy said... he figured the voice actor was a transplant.
I keep seeing this commercial on hulu, and the accent intrigues me.

Sounds mostly Indian to me, but there's like a weird Scottish brogue undertone.
