members or non-members....please send me a test email...i have had a catastrophe here (personal email, not Mock) ...lost all my addresses and extremely important folders and every damn thing!! i was trying to make duplicates and instead have hidden them so well i can't find them anywhere.
i want to kill something. and kick puppies.

i just wonder if they are gone forever, or merely hidden. i may well have to pay my tech to come and look, it would be worth it to recover letters, photos, even important financial stuff. i am sick over this! and it's my own damn fault.

my friend Carla who is a member here, did a remote assist and got all my data/folders back!! Jesus she is brilliant!! all the important folders are back. she saved my sorry ass! I LOVE YOU CARLA!
