The days are getting shorter. It's chilly in the morning now & still dark at 6:00 a.m. Soon the bastards will begin to trespass trying to kill my deer, depending on my mood, I do one of two things, call the cops or make sure their tires won't hold air. I have a strange goose at the pond, he's not people friendly & sometimes wants to chase me when I take corn to them. One day he will catch me because I'm laughing so hard I can barely run.

i love these chilly mornings which foretell Autumn...i'm getting out my Irish lambswool sweater, which makes it official!
i got out my tartan blanky too! haha i think i'm rushing the season.
