The Mexican community is ordering goats for Easter dinner. Some families will be eating lamb. People I know will be dining on pig. You bastids!

I've never tried goat meat, but I've tried goat cheese and it tastes like liver to me. It's the only cheese that I don't like.

Here the goats are cooked under the fire in the ground under damp gunny sacks for about 3 days, If you like venison goat should not be a problem they taste almost exactly the same.
I'm tellin ya right now, it's good.

Maybe the real problem with goat is its beard. It reminds them of one of their older aunts.
