just as a point of information, the jurors may, if they choose, give a presser and answer questions after it's over. if it is going to penalty phase, they will not until after that. if it is not first degree, they may do it right after verdict. there is already a press room set up in courthouse.
i predict a verdict today.
so i am probably wrong.

It is very likely she will be found guilty of a lesser charge and won't get life without, she may get 25 to life with the possibility of parole after 25 years.
after all she did tie her tops up so we could see her boobs good.

I really do not think she will get Murder. I was so relieved when I saw that they put lesser charges. I believe Manslaughter/Child Endangerment/and All False Report counts.

I believe she killed Caylee. I do not believe it was an accident.
After reading the posts in this thread, many have commented on the pro and cons of both the prosecution and defense. "The prosecution didn't . . . " and "The defense didn't . . . "
For this reason (and the fact I think Casey was trying to 'work' male jurors), I don't believe they will convict on 1st degree murder.
But she ain't gonna walk.
And she'll convert to a fringe LDS sect, marry both Lee and George and suffer conjugal visits from both.

I believe she will be found guilty on one of the lesser charges - 2nd Degree possibly. I believe the judge will sentence her to the max on any charges she is found guilty of and any additional years that can be added for extenuating circumstances. Can she be sentenced to LWOP for any of the lesser offenses or is that limited to 1st Degree?

the charges and potential consequences:
Count One, First Degree Murder: If Casey Anthony is convicted of first degree murder, regardless of whether it is on a theory of Pre-meditated Murder or Felony Murder she will receive at a minimum a life sentence. A life sentence in Florida is a true life sentence, which means there is no parole or early release. A defendant convicted of first degree murder only leaves prison after his or her death. The only alternative to a life sentence is death by execution.
Lesser Included of Count One, Second Degree Murder: (depraved mind murder, not premeditated) The maximum penalty for Second Degree Murder is a life sentence. The minimum sentence is based on the Criminal Punishment Code. The estimated minimum sentence for this charge and other charges which might result in conviction along with this count would be 24 years, 6 months.
Count Two, Aggravated Child Abuse: The maximum penalty for aggravated child is 15 years in prison. The estimated minimum sentence for this charge and other charges which might result in conviction along with this count would be 12 years, 1 month.
Count Three, Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child: If Casey Anthony is convicted of causing the death of Caylee by culpable negligence the maximum sentence is 30 years in prison. The estimated minimum sentence for this charge and other charges which might result in conviction along with this count would be 16 years and 6 months.
Counts Four Through Seven, Giving False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer in Reference to a Missing Person: The charge in these four counts carries a maximum of one year in county jail for each count. As a result if convicted of all four of these counts, Casey Anthony could receive a sentence of four years if the sentence for each count is run consecutively.

10 hours now and the jury has not asked for one item of evidence, sent out a question for Judge, or read-back of any testimony. that tells me they are pretty much agreeing on something.
and the
on TV thinks it means they are struggling.
