Since when is it acceptable to wear pajama pants to a restaurant? We went to lunch at the Olive Garden yesteray. Waiting to be seated was a younger woman wearing jammie pants. As I walked by I asked my friend rather loudly "when did it become accpetable to wear jammies out to eat?" The woman gave me a dirty look. Today my friend picked me up some lunch and again a man and a woman and the woman had on jammie pants. My friend sent me a pic on my phone so I told her to tell the lady that maybe she should spend her money on clothes instead of eating out. Have some freakin class people!

I used to feel the exact same way but...

...if she's nice looking & "pulled together" and she wears them with cute little boots/Uggs I tend to not have a problem with it. It's the ones who look like slobs that earn my scorn.

Being attractive has nothing to do with it. You are not pulled together if you are wearing your jammies to a restaurant. It's tacky. How hard is it to pull on a pair of jeans? No one is saying you have to wear a skirt and panty hose. Just put some damn pants on.

I just got back from shopping at a rather upscale shopping center. I was amazed at how many people where wearing their jammies. Not just females, noticed some men too.

I agree with Cracker that yoga pants are OK. It's about the print but also the overall fit. There are other ways to be comfortable without wearing your pj's in public.

The people I see in Pajama pants at my Walmart are usually the teenage dropout girls lugging 1 or 2 rug-rats around in their Fleecy, balled-up, cartoon character, dirty in the ass PP's. Like they never take them off, not even to wash them. And lets not forget the greezzzy hair pulled up into a nasty looking pony tail, and no make up. My first thought is...WTF???...my second thought is. Take a fucking bath and get dressed!!...My third thought is...Who would ever fuck something like that.
I agree with Duchess. What someone looks like makes all the difference IMO. I'm sure there are some hot bitches out there who could rock a pair of PP's, minus the Cartoon Characters and fuzz-balls.

I was in Oakland, CA visiting my daughter a while back, woke up to no coffee in the house. Snuck out with my Pajama bottoms on and a hoodie Blowing-kisses to find a hot cup of coffee. Found a McD's and pulled in. I had not even opened the fucking car door before some old junkie lookin ho was standing there at my car window smiling at me.

After I got out of the car, the first thing she said was "I like your pajama pants, where did you get them?" Jesus Christ! Flattery got her the fucking cigarette that she was jonesing for.

So, that is my pajama pants story. Merry Christmas all. Has anyone else ever been to a McDonalds with a metal detector at the bathrooms?
