Yum.
I have too much food. I hope it doesn't all go to waste! I have corn on the cob, I need to make it up.

My local store finally started selling single prepped meals, which I appreciate because I can buy more of a variety of things to make rather than one veggie that i have to eat all week.

I make my grandbrats cook dinner on Mondays.   The eldest wants to learn how to fry chicken tonight.   Should be interesting.

I've never fried anything, not because I don't like the food, I love french fries, but I'm afraid of burning down my home.

Do you not keep a fire extinguisher in your kitchen?

I do, it's under the counter and this is the first time I've thought of it in ages.

Tisk, tisk!  Pull it out,  and bring it to your local fire station.    It probably needs to be recharged and tested.     Once it's passed inspection,  it should be mounted on the counter near the stove.

Shit happens,   you should also keep one near any used fireplaces in your house.    Otherwise,  your just asking for the house to burn down.

I had a CO2 one but used it to get my beer cold one day

Plus it stinks up the house so bad that a winter candle can't even cover up the smell. Whenever I fry anything I do it outside with an electric fryer.

I wouldn't like a stinky house. Nononono.

I have to say that my Alfredo was the best thing I have ever made. That stuff came out super good.
