Cracker does, if the pork is well-done and not really goat. I always cook the pork well done grilled and then baked, I smoked the chilis fresh, fresh garlic, cooked them down myself, no seeds in the chili, Made the tortillas myself open fire They are great! if you have never had fresh homemade tortillas you haven't ever really had a tortilla. RE: I cooked - Cracker - 05-28-2012 God that sounds great. Did you serve it with little bowls of chopped green onions and sour cream and cheese and hot sauce? I think we could be friends. I agree, homemade tortilla's are the best, I don't make them, but my other half's Mum does and a lot, they are Salvadorian and have tortilla's with almost every meal. Your breakfast sounds delicious Dick RE: I cooked - IMaDick - 05-28-2012 (05-28-2012, 11:41 AM)Cracker Wrote: God that sounds great. There is always fresh tomato, fresh shredded cheese two or three kinds, cheddar, jack and mozzarella were the choices today,Lettuce and onions and refried beans as sides when you cook chili and pork. I didn't have the sour cream but I can make some if you really want it. RE: I cooked - Ma Huang Sor - 05-28-2012 That sounds delicious. You're a helluva cook, Dick. Nice when a meal comes together, exactly timed right, and prepared exactly how it was supposed to go. RE: I cooked - Lady Cop - 06-06-2012 Dickie keeps his goats nice and fresh up on the roof where the rattlesnakes can't get them. |
