Have you ever sued anyone? - ramseycat - 06-08-2012 If yes, what for? I know this girl. This is hard to day without sounding predujice but she is a total JAP. She uses everyone for everything. I have never sued anyone ever. Unless you count the ex but that wasn't really a law suit per se. RE: Have you ever sued anyone? - Lady Cop - 06-08-2012 a divorce is a lawsuit. Her son was about 4 and getting a hair cut. He was moving and squirming around a lot and he got knicked in the ear with the scissors. The girl went off on the hair stylist and sued the salon. Of course she won. I would not have sued them unless the stylist was seriously negligent. I think it was an accident and the boy was not seriously injured. A little knick and a little blood and tears. Not sue worthy in my opinion. RE: Have you ever sued anyone? - Lady Cop - 06-08-2012 good he wasn't hemopheliac. I'm not talking that type of court proceeding. I'm talking frivilous nonsense. Don't make me tase you. RE: Have you ever sued anyone? - Duchess - 06-08-2012 The wife of one of the construction workers came to a newly established job site, no blacktop, lots of ruts & holes, there was some stone down to keep it from being a mudhole, she's in a dress & heels and she is meandering around looking for him, she fell down, broke her ankle & got several thousand dollars for being a stooooopid female. I've never sued anyone. RE: Have you ever sued anyone? - aussiefriend - 06-08-2012 (06-08-2012, 07:32 PM)Duchess Wrote: I've never sued anyone. I am wondering if you have ever come across dodgy builders who are also scary? I mean, sometimes when people have poor integrity in their work, inevitably they are of poor character too. Sometimes these people can be the worst criminals. Do you have a radar that can detect such danger? RE: Have you ever sued anyone? - Duchess - 06-08-2012 We tend to use the same people over & over, the stick guys, the HAVC guys, same paving company, etc. |
