He was sane enough when he shot at the police.
He was sane when he put his car in park, walked to Arlindo and shot him in the head.
He was sane enough to shoot back at the people who tried to save the girls lives as he sanely drove off.
He was sane enough to try to get away while shooting at the police officers who tried to stop him.
He was sane enough to get into his poor mother's car and drive to where he needed to be in order to go forth with his evil plan.
He was sane enough to purchase and load the gun.
He was sane enough to look at the camera as he is taken away and SMILE!
He is sane enough to understand the terror he has placed upon the surviving victim and their victims family.

HE IS SANE ENOUGH TO LIVE THE REST OF HIS LIFE IN A PRISON CELL, PREFERABLY WITH A BIGGER NON-WHITE MAN... WHO WILL BEAT THE LIVING HELL OUT OF HIM ON A DAILY BASIS FOR THE REMAINDER OF HIS LIFE!
