Who is your favorite media outlet to mock?

HLN...yesterday's news tomorrow!

that's for national outlets.

RE: NEWS ORGANIZATIONS - Donovan - 08-26-2012

Faux News would be more fun if it weren't so pervasive and widely believed. Instead it's just dangerous and a little scary. At the other end of the spectrum is NPR, the "We can make ANYthing long and boring" newschannel.

RE: NEWS ORGANIZATIONS - HairOfTheDog - 08-26-2012

I read from multiple news sources if I'm interested in a particular topic; it's the best way I've found to try to weed out the facts from the slant. For global stories, I check out the news pieces local to the story (one of the best things about the internet).

Don't really watch tv news much because it's way too biased for me; FOX and MSNBC being very skewed on opposite ends of the spectrum to a mock-worthy extreme sometimes, imo. I do listen to AM talk radio on road trips - some of the most serious programs make me laugh out loud at the repitition and rhetoric spewed.

RE: NEWS ORGANIZATIONS - OnBendedKnee - 08-26-2012

Is it rude to call retards vegetables?

I don't want to violate any MOCK social etiquettes.

As long as you ask the retard if he or she minds I think it's ok.

I think it's funny.

I know you're not saying you take their "news" seriously.

RE: NEWS ORGANIZATIONS - Lady Cop - 08-26-2012

i nick a LOT of photos from the UK Daily Mail, but they are TERRIBLE journalists! can't spell, get facts wrong, simply awful! morons really.

the UK Telegraph is much better for news and has great photo galleries, especially for animal pics. BBC is OK too for news.

I've found The Onion to be unbiased and efficient. They offer a uniquely non-partisan position unavailable anywhere else. I'd recommend them without reservation. Seriously.

Like HotD, I mix it up. Mostly I watch CNN (just because I like most of their anchors and Wolf Blitzer reminds me of my pedo Uncle).

I sometimes listen to programs like Savage Nation on the radio. There's a crazy liberal lady that I listen to as well (can't think of her name).
