I know RG does because I see him mention it & User takes something that keeps her in a relaxed, carefree mood, I can't recall the name of it. I don't really know anything about them other than I think they supplement what you don't get through your diet.

That would be Xanax and I typically limit it to when I fly.
I do take vitamins sort of inconsistently. The research about their benefits and downsides keeps changing.

I remembered that. It was something else, it may have been an herb, blue ice? Ugh. I can't recall.
