So I see this story & video regarding a cop not wearing a seat belt and a man tries to pull him over. Dumb if that were the case anyway.
The cop is cleary an idiot for not wearing his seatbelt; especially since he enforces the law. No issue there !
HOWEVER.....
Watch the video....this jackasses window is up. NO BALLS
My theory is, the officer keeps looking at him because the guy is video taping him (that's it). It's fake shit like this that gets my blood boiling.
