Please check the AC condensate pump there could be bumps that may affect the performance of the system.

Oh shit, actually, I wish that was what happened, that was not so bad. As you know the SOB SNAKE slithered in & up the A/C condensation pipe into our villa. And eventually slithered out of the A/C unit and into our SUN room & coiled itself 3 feet from my wife, who was on our PC there.
My wife is such brave trooper, I can't believe she still goes there!

6 miles from the water, far enough not to have to worry about floods, and close to be there in 10 minutes. Oh did I mention, I HATE SNAKES?
