Hello - MIKE JONES - 04-28-2013 I found this wonderful place while searching for the Petit Murders. Hmmm I was inquiring if they have executed that fuck Komisarjevsky yet. Wasn't he supposed to be executed last year? He should really die a slow and painful death. So yea, I have a dark interest in stuff that make most people cry. But anyway I am glad I found a cool place that lets me be me. I am pretty sure I will get flamed for this introduction ( I have read others) but really, I could care less. So Hi!! RE: Hello - HairOfTheDog - 04-28-2013 Hello Mr. Jones. I don't think Komisarjevsky has been executed yet; nor has he expressed any remorse for his crimes. His lovely partner in crime, Hayes, has waived appeals and written letters asking to be executed because people in prison are really really mean to him; torturing and harassing him daily. Just tragic. I believe he's still amongst the living as well. So, Mr. Jones, dark things that interest you but make other people cry. Is that limited to horrific crime stories or is your dark side more diverse? RE: Hello - Jimbone - 04-28-2013 Really? You thought he was supposed to be executed last year? Can you point any of us to one example of a death row inmate being executed within 12 months of their sentencing? What planet did you just come from? Not to mention the fact that after sentencing those two mutants to death Connecticut went and banned the death penalty... so the likelihood of either of them getting the needle is about as good as my chances to have relations with Duchess. Way to impress on your first post dummy. Welcome to mock. RE: Hello - HairOfTheDog - 04-28-2013 (04-28-2013, 09:35 PM)Jimbone Wrote: Really? You thought he was supposed to be executed last year? IDK, Jim. Since the death penalty ban in Ct wasn't extended retroactively, the Petit murderers remain on death row and may end up getting the needle. I'd bet that the chance of Hayes getting the needle (if he continues to waive appeals and request that the execution be expedited) is slightly better than you having relations with Duchess. The strategy worked for Michael Ross. As for Komisarjevsky, I agree that it will take decades before he'll see the needle, if ever. He is quoted last year as saying that he doesn't think he'll be executed against his will (and he appears to have the will to live). I think he may be right and, therefore, believe that the chance of him getting the needle is about the same as you having relations with Duchess. My best guess is that when the appeals are filed, SCOTUS will rule that once a state bans the death penalty those inmates on death row will have their sentences commuted to life. How can a state argue that the lives of people one day aren't as valuable as the next? In fact, in their amicus brief filed on behalf of a Connecticut death row inmate, the ACLU points out "No state has executed a prisoner after repealing the death penalty. We just think it's so important for the court to know Connecticut would be the first state to, and that's not a stat any state wants to take." http://www.ctlawtribune.com/PubArticleCT.jsp?id=1202596789063&Lawyers_Argue_Against_Death_Sentence_In_MurderForHire_Case&slreturn=20130328221604 It's legally untested, but it's ridiculously shaky ground for sure. Not to mention the fact that the states run by liberal executives will likely just commute sentences anyway, trying to avoid protracted legal battles. It's why what Connecticut did was so shameful and scandalous. Their detestable governor waited until after the Petit trial to ram the ban through the legislature and signed it. Dr. Petit was unhappy about it; he knew the ramification of what was done. RE: Hello - username - 04-28-2013 I am so wishy washy on the death penalty. Part of me thinks it's barbaric, then I read about Dr. Death and I just want him to die (although i hate the costs associated with actually sentencing someone to death). The ultimate justice is when one prisoner kills another. I like that. Probably not. You have to be mildly interesting to get flamed. Welcome anyway. So Hi!! If Mr. Jones makes us cry when he reveals the details of his dark stuff, that could be mildly interesting. I might just flame the shit outta him then. Really. It's the people in charge who have made us feel that way, they've made so goddamn many mistakes we sometimes can't be sure they have even got the right person. RE: Hello - MIKE JONES - 04-29-2013 Thank you all for the introductions!! It wasnt that I thought he was going to get executed in only one year, but since his July executing date, there has been no news of if he was going to get executed or not. Thanks for welcoming me Asshat!! That almost made me cry, Dark Knight, but not quite. No fire for you; don't know anything about you yet. Aside from the Petit murders, are there other cases that you've been following? Are you experienced? How can you mend a broken heart? Give us something to work with, Mike.
