of course the mother knows what happened. her beloved fuckup of a son was mixed up in a seriously stinky ball of shit, and he paid the ultimate price for his refusal to extricate himself from said ball of shit. and not only that, he took down an apparently otherwise good seed with him.
doesn't make her any happier about the situation, or miss him more. but it will, in the long run, make it easier to deal with.

Is that police record on the mother from 1970? Maybe she was a teen then and straightened her life out.Anything more recent other than order of protection against her.

i originally made the same assumption, however the 1970 date is her DOB. you can decipher the last two years of each incident though, from the case numbers. nothing particularly recent if i am not mistaken.

please be careful about reporting stuff posted on message boards and assuming they are facts. anyone can claim anything. take all with a grain (or shaker) of salt.

1970 is her DOB not date crime committed, the most recent on 11.19.07

If I understand your comment above, correctly, I strongly disagree. This is a fresh case. It will be a week, tomorrow. I think LE has a suspect/suspects in mind, already, & are zeroing in on them. Waiting on lab results, going over phone records, (if they haven't already) This case will be solved, & fairly fast, imo.
