Why would LS parents point out that 2 $20 bills were missing from a jar if the key opened the safe? So far this seems to be how much or what did they steel from JC and LS or was it set up to look like ransacking and all along it is murder. If they got in the safe then I wonder why the key was there and not with the parents or lawyer or other family member like the brother. The last thing on my mind would be the change jar.Just my current thought....

also, since Ohio is not afraid to use the death penalty there will be plea bargains and people tripping over themselves to turn state's evidence.
dna evidence only helps if you have a suspect to compare it to, or a suspect in the database.
neither of which i believe is the case here.
see previous theory, whoever did this is likely sipping drinks on a beach in a foreign country for a couple months until this case is as dead and buried as johnny and lisa.

If the police did not have a suspect or suspect in mind they would be all over the media reassuring the public that they were going to find these criminals. In my opinion, since the LE does not feel there is a threat to public safety their has been little media presence or public statements. My conjencture is that they are waiting for forensics on DNA to come back and have kept a tight lid on the case to help ensure that persons of interest don't flee and that they are quite sure that this was an isolated incidient.

i attended ted's execution. he whimpered and whined all the way to the electric chair.
I've read quite a bit on Bundy also, & I can't remember him using plastic bags either, but my memory isn't so good anymore. Very interesting you attended his execution. He was definately a monster. I hope I can catch up, here tonight. Will be away the whole day.

Again, after looking at Lisa's myspace page I ask about her sister. There has been no mention of where she was at when this happened? And how do we know there was 2 $20 bills in that jar (sorry if I missed it along the way), it seems odd to me that this fact had come to be known.

It is quite possible that Tiffany is devoid of urgency from the amount of recent trauma in her life and that murder and death is no stranger. The father, Donald Corrigan, of at least one of her children (Donald Jr. as mentioned in her facebook) was shot and killed in April 2010.

Just goes to demonstrate that the crowd Johnny and Lisa chose to immerse themselves in was dangerous and certainly not afraid to rob and kill.

My guess is the family recalled the small detail about the twenty dollar bills. They may also have noted the jar was open? Regarding Lisa's sister, I doubt that she's relevant. There is no reason to believe she lived in the home or had the same kind of contacts that Johnny is said to have had.
I also look forward to an arrest.

Most true. Another oddity in the facebook posts that stood out to me was the fact that Donald Corrigan's murderer, a juvenile got very little time (six years) for the crime. But, he got three of those years for using a gun. If this crowd considered that, this may be another, albeit odd, explanation for the use of bags.
If the FB page above is for the Tiffany in question, she barely mentioned the murders. One quick "rip to Johnny and Lisa" followed by an obligatory "I hope day catch da people who dit dis". The next day she was back to proclaiming her love for her sons and third/fourth baby daddy.

Adding a chilling footnote to the point made by InterestingEnough. From the article/link you posted.
"Jackson was at a party at an Arlington Avenue apartment building about 2 a.m. April 21 when several men, including the victim, came in and robbed them, authorities said. During the incident, Jackson was beaten and his property was stolen."
Apparently Mr. Corrigan was involved with a group that beat and robbed victims. Indeed, it's not a stretch to assume Ms. T was involved in the same kind of thuggery with the same crew.
After reading more about the shooter, I understand the light, six year sentence he got.

I think by now we all agree that Tiffany knows more than what has been reveiled. In turn, she also is part of this sketchy group of people that JC & LS were also friends with. I'd be curious to see if the news does in fact releast the fact that people were given polygraph tests today as Unknown eluded to over the weekend.

I came across this thread on Friday when there were 6 pages of posts! I just spent the last few hours catching up and just wanted to thank everyone for their thoughts/opinions.
Seeing the info on JC's mom and reading her FB posts and seeing her interviews, I am left feeling like JC did not have a great home life and unfortunately he got caught up in the wrong crowd.
A woman I work with is close with the family of LS and even though it is just hearsay, she "knows" that JC was a drug dealer. My gut tells me this was entirely drug related.
I live in Holland. It is known as a "safe" community. Great schools, a great place to raise a family. However, there are bad seeds in ANY community, it just takes a tragic event for them to be brought to the surface!

Hi...i took most of today off so i'm behind. but when i got online i had a letter from the local detective.
i know prison tats when i see them. not very well done (professional) and often a mark of "pride" and recognition by some gangs. sheriff depts., including mine, have big books of tats and their affiliations. photos are taken in booking and by gang units.
