I have spoke with M manys times and she NEVER said the cell phone was laying on his chest! Is this a positive statemant? Just curious! First Ive heard of this!

TotallyCurious....can you post a link to this tv or written article because the only person I heard say this was MAYTEE (unidentified female on 911 transcript) and if that is the ONLY place its said, we can't really use that as fact in any theory we have.

Newly released search warrants indicate the home was ransacked. Several items, including DVDs and cell phone parts, were found strewn about the home. Investigators also found several items inside the kitchen area, including pieces of white baggies, a Ziploc bag, a digital scale and two knives.

Clarke's father found the couple's bodies inside Straub's parents' Holland home, which is about 15 miles southwest of Toledo. The couple lived with Straub's parents, who were out of town on a Caribbean cruise for their 25^th wedding anniversary, police said.

The search warrant also indicates authorities found a key, stamped with the numbers 5-4-4, under the body of Lisa Straub. Black and pink pants were found under her neck. Investigators also gathered DNA swabs from inside the home, according to the warrant.

Now, if LE are telling us that cell phone parts are strewn about, key is UNDER lisa's body, pink pants under her neck, etc...they would certainly say that cell phones were found on their chests!

I do not think the cell phone on the bodies is true, its just another red herring thrown out there to muddy the waters...

I will eat crow by the ton if there is an article saying that Lisa's uncle confirmed this..but i cannot find it..

It WAS Maytee who said phones on the bodies and I chalk it up to her (understandable) hysteria.

From what happened to my son! They (neuriologist) told me a childs brain dies after no oxyagen to the brain in 3 mins. and 5 mins for adults! If that helps any!

Question on time of death. How can the time of death be between 1-4 am when the police arrived at about 1? Unless I remember the TOD incorrectly? Which ... is entirely possible. Anyone know?

LE has not stated time of death but I think they say between 11p and 4a....which is when his dad found him

This 1am to 4 am time of death is troubling. The altercation takes place at 11p....TW repeatedly drives by or knocks before 1am when every one including the cops are there. Correct me if I am wrong but dosent that mean the killers are still in the house concurrent with other players outside even the cops who were there on the first visit? I think the cops second visit wasn't until 1am

The only thing I can say personally about the death of my son is It Did Make Me Stronger In Alot Of Ways! I always talk about my son and that alone helps me heal! I will NEVER FULLY HEAL! =( but I am strong for My surviving son!

I was just sayin I know personally about losin a son! I dont need a thread!

There are others here who have lost children, and when you bring
it up so often, it just makes the other people go to a place
where they had gotten away from for a few minutes or hours.
