COLUMBUS, Ohio — Police have arrested a man and are looking for three others after a woman said she was tied up and raped inside of east side apartment on Thursday.

The 27-year-old woman was found tied up with duct tape and extension cords inside an apartment on Geers Avenue, 10TV's Shayla Reported.

The woman told officers that she had been sexually assaulted by a group of men.

One of her alleged attackers, William Payne, was taken into custody on Thursday, Reaves reported.

Payne, 43, was charged with rape and kidnapping, police said.

Three other men unidentified men believed to have been involved were not apprehended. The search and investigation was ongoing.

I guess it's too early to connect the two crimes, but the use of duct tape in the commission of a crime could not be all that common could it?

I have never heard of anyone using duct tape to murder someone until this murder happened! I guess these sick-Os will find anything they can to ruin someones live! Just sickening!

The post is much longer by Brenda H. she posted trying to appeal to Maytee and the other posters that this Mock thread was not here to try and disrupt, cause harm or create untruths about the senseless horrid deaths of these two young souls, she tired to use common sense, compassion and tried to reason with them, but as you can read from what they said below they only chose to attack Brenda H. and Mock by saying things that were untrue and would only incite Maytee even more.

I wonder why those 2 people, in particular, that are constantly posting on the RIP Johnny page keep saying that we are liars here on Mock. I know that a lot of the information that we have discussed was actually confirmed by either media sources or even the Lucas County Sheriff's office, like the drugs definitely being involved in the crime.

The rapsheets, which are public record and nothing we just pulled out of thin air...ect...

The 911 calls are on record.

TW coming here to be questioned is pretty important in my opinion, considering her role, being the last known person to speak with JC.

I wonder why they don't tell Maytee that we are emailing the Sheriff's office trying to keep this alive or asking why one of the only statements that is released is to the Springfield Township Trustees as part of his monthly sheriff's report and how this Sgt. Schiavone literally laid it at the victims feet and how we think that is pretty disgraceful.

Or how we are questioning this "professional hit" theory that was also included in the monthly sheriff's report. Or how we think it's kind of disgusting that 3 weeks after this horrendous crime all the publicity this case gets is a mention in monthly report! Seems to me if they are going to keep talking about Mockers they should at the very least tell the whole story, but that wouldn't serve their purpose would it?? I believe they are just trying to act like Maytee's guardians, while all along they are doing nothing more than passing on misinformation which is upsetting and inciting Maytee even more, causing a lot more hurt than help.

So, if your reading this, why don't you 2 tell Maytee the whole truth about what takes place here? Maybe you 2 should ask yourselves that! I would never in my wildest dreams post what you 2 have posted on a memorial page for someone's dead child!

They may also be able to address the fact that LE basically blamed the murders on the victims which is completely horrible. I've thought about writing them. Maybe more of us should.

G.Morning ECK~Alot of us tried to be there for her~She personally got mad at me for being on Mock forums~I was just tryin to keep her updated with others thoughts to try and help her and LE solve this case~NEVER ONCE did i intend to upset or hurt her until I felt she attacked me fr no reason and I bite back~I KNOW ALL OF US HERE WANT JUSTICE!~I was trying to be there for her on a different level but that failed! I really hope she can get over this anger and focus for the sake of her younger children! I know its got to be hard but one can do it! U have to have faith in these kinda situations or u will kill urself through all the hurt anger and pain! ITS JUST SO SAD! I find it somewhat interesting that the people who profess to be Maytee's friends would lie to her & make no mistake, they ARE lying. I care about my friends feelings & I would never disrespect them by lying which leads me to believe those people are self serving bitches. Here is the URL for the 48 hours mystery show. I think it's an excellent idea. Now, this genre typically only does cases that have been ajudicated BUT two or three weeks ago they did a cold case mystery from the early 2000s. Here is their URL:

That's so sad that her hair was covering her neck :( There was obviously a reason for that. visible injuries to the neck. Did they mention of the "injuries to the neck" were on Lisa only or both?

both had injuries to their necks..

as much as I didn't want to, i went back and looked at Johnny's picture from his open casket. His entire neck is covered by this clothing.. buttoned all the way up under his chin. I wonder how bad the injuries were to the neck :( they most certainly were strangled before the bags were put over their heads.....

YES that would be AWESOME if one of those could do a story on this. But I wonder how many people involved would they be able to get to talk? Maytee for sure. Maybe Lisa's uncle. But I doubt anyone of our lovely cast of suspicious characters would be willing to talk.. I can't imagine TF, AG, Mr. Z.. etc going on air. Would be similar to "snitching"

You know, I was reading this thread when Johnny's pictures of him in his casket were drawing gasps of horror from some of the readers, but my family has always done that--taken pictures of family members in their caskets. We have pictures going back several generations and I am so glad family members have done that and have carried on the tradition. When my cousin was killed in a tragic auto accident a year and a half ago, his mom asked me to take a few dozen pictures of him in his casket. I did and am glad that we have them. It's sort of like a last rite sort of thing and in its own way, is comforting.

Johnny doesn't look entirely natural in his casket (but who would, especially under these circumstances) but did you notice how thick and rich his eyebrows are? Just beautiful eyebrows and lashes. He was an extraordinarily handsome young man and Lisa was just gorgeous. What a beautiful pair of bookends!
