I'm not sure there is an answer. I can usually tell if someone is full of shit, or especially stupid, after reading a post or two. Sometimes people surprise me, but usually not. Stupid adults drive me INSANE. How can people reach adulthood and be so fucking stupid? This country offers a free education to one and all. If you don't bother to learn when it's free, you have to learn the hard way. I am the hard way.

It is equally as easy to tell if someone is cool. I like cool people. You must have made the cool list.

If someone is stupid enough to display an actual weakness online, I am fucked up enough to take full advantage of it. It is for their own benefit. Somebody has to teach people to STFU or at least THINK about what they say. Some of that DOES translate to real life.

I think you and other members (*cough* OP *cough*) are very opinionated. And "highly opinionated" is generally more of a male than female trait (which is why I think you get mistaken for a dude online sometimes--not to say there's anything wrong with that).

I don't think it's a bad trait. My husband is H.O. and I kind of envy his ability to immediately know where he stands on a given subject whereas I hem and haw and have to look at it from all angles. And then I might take another look for good measure.
