Once in a while I do chorizo and eggs and potato burritos, most of the time for breakfast it's Huevo's rancheros though for me.

Do you ever make your own ranchero sauce with the onions and celery? I would love to have a recipe for it.

God I miss the food out there. Especially Indian Tacos. The ladies on the res would sell Indian Tacos out of their homes on the weekends where I grew up. I can't remember the last time I ate something as fabulous from a paper plate.

There is a spice missing when I make mine. It doesn't taste the same...

The place I used to eat changed owners, so I can't call to ask. (Ranch House Cafe in Olancha, CA.)
