I just made some fabulous schnitzel (not veal, wiener schnitzel) and potato pancakes.

I try not to eat too much meat (got veggie hotdogs in the fridge for later in the week), but sometimes you just have to have some damn pork.

Yeah, that sounds good. I try not to mess much with the "fake stuff" (pft veggie hotdogs) but try the vegetable spicy breakfast sausage in the frozen section at your supermarket. They have them all over so you got to have them there too.
With some toasted muffins and a piece of mozzarella for breakfast, they are freaking good. I got those out of the P90X menu.

I have a bunch of Morning Star stuff in freezer. I didn't like the sausage so much as a patty, but it's OK in an omelet. I replace meat with edamame mostly. I do eat cheese and eggs and chicken sometimes if I feel like fucking with it (I have to butcher all the nasty off to even think about eating it, including silverskin, veins, fat, etc). I have a burger or steak every now and then. It's not that I'm vegan, I am trying to be a better person. Since I'm such a fucking smartass, I have to cut back on meat because I can't be nice most of the time. haha

I'm in the Atlanta Metro area. I don't live in the city proper because I want to live. Jacksonville is just as bad as Atlanta crimewise. And your football team sucks ass.
