I agree, why hold back the normal ones so the rowdy ones can act out. Public schools suck anyways so just take them out and put them in either slow classes or fast classes. In the end if they can become productive who gives a shit? Isn't that why they go to school? The smart ones will come out on top as a scientist or something and the idiots will hopefully be happy knitting oven mitts or sweaters. The beat goes on bitches, no matter how hard you try to change it.

You are a fucking idiot. You don't have words because you are an idiot.
I don't have kids with emotional problems. I made sure.
If you read my post, I said learning disabilities CAN BE OVERCOME. You just automatically took the liberal retard point of view.
You ever worked with kids? You ever see a kid who can't read act out all day because he/she is embarrassed and doesn't want the class to actually do any work so they don't have to? You think it is wonderful they give all the kids the same test and expect the same result?
You are just an idiot. List some reasons why you think I am wrong. You don't have any, so you will have to actually think for a minute.
You don't know anything because you don't actually try to help anything. You sit at home and dream about how wonderful you are. You would think more people would like you because you are always willing to kiss an ass, but it doesn't work for some reason. I'm sure you resent people who liked for their honesty rather than their allegiance to the weak minded.
My child behaves and is smart as fuck. I don't want my child in the same room with fucked up kids who interrupt all day. I don't care if that makes your heart hurt, I want my child to succeed and be happy. You people don't have a right to screw my child's education so you can pretend your child is just like mine. You should have read a ton of books to your kids and stimulated them intellectually and made sure you can help them with their homework instead of telling them how wonderful they were for doing nothing well.
Pretending isn't education, it is just another excuse to be less than you should be.

Work hard to get your kid out of there. You can do it. I know he had a rough start, but hopefully time will help that situation. You are correct that most parents of kids with special needs are the REASON the kids have special needs. The involved parents are the ones who didn't cause the damage but are trying to fix it. The schools know that, too, they just can't say it.
Your child will be able to control himself better as he gets older. If you don't see an improvement, ask for a different teacher and let the admin know you expect your child to improve stay on grade level.

So you're saying my well mannered children should be in the same class as a bunch of socially inept nutcases doped up on Ritalin and Adderall because their crappy parents can't control them any other way? Well I happen to think so too, it prepares them for the real world.

People say that, but I avoid emotionally unbalanced people, addicts, tards, unproductive people, and generally FUBAR people in real life. Why train my kid to hang out with those same people? It isn't okay with me.
Everybody doesn't need to be a genius, but everybody does need to sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up. That should be a basic requiremnt for being in the same room with kids who were raised properly. As long as a kid is decent and tries, I'm fine with whatever difficulty they have (although I think some parents should bitch slap themselves for allowing their kid to not do as well as they could/should).
If you can't behave, I don't want you around my child. That doesn't make me an asshole, it makes me a normal parent. If you are fine with your kids being around assholes all day, move to Toledo. (Not directed at you, sally, "you" in genaral.)

That right there is FUBAR. I totally agree with separating kids when they're disruptive to the classroom but to suggest that all emotional problems are nurture....
Good to know you're not working with kids anymore.

Which emotional problems aren't nurture?
Because the ones that aren't are caused by drug/alcohol usage during pregnancy. You shouldn't get saint status if you drank when you were pregnant.
You people don't understand education AT ALL. Psychological Education (called pscychoed) is for organic psychological problems, Emotional Behavior Disorders are ALL FUCKING HOME PROBLEMS. Most parents don't want them fixed because they get a SS check for having a fucked up kid. Reward the weak so people will keep doing a bad job. Gotta love liberals.
Cracks me up when people support causes they don't even understand.
I did a great job when I worked with kids (all levels). I still have awards around here somewhere. I didn't have problems because I know you have to make kids achieve no matter if their mom is a piece of shit or not. Your judgment matters not. I learned to hate parents who fucked up their kids. Funny thing, most kids will behave if you expect them to behave. The ones who won't shouldn't be in the same room with the other kids.
Now I think I will go check out the news so I can read reports of kids getting the fuck beat out of them in public schools because you idiots want the violent kids in with the non-violent kids...
Keep your kids in private religious school. Just don't pretend they are the same as public schools. Because they aren't.

Stinging retort! You are too dim to identify ignorance. What part was true? No "baby daddy"? Mixed race? ED -or- LD? You expect others, who had no part with this child's conception, to make sacrifices in order for your fucked-up kid to excel? Fuck you. You are selfish – as is absent "baby daddy". You fucked him and innocent classmates of your son now get screwed.
The traumatic event - the drowning death of his sibling, yes? Lost focus of your child and then, what - a floater - like Caylee Anthony? Tragic. Truly tragic. However, classmates and their parents shouldn’t need to suffer. It’s your fucking problem, stupid! Fix your own damned kid.
You would have garnered some sympathy from me if you had indicated both you and your child were receiving some form of external therapeutic help [mental heath counseling or YMCA swimming lessons]. But you didn't because you aren't.
You are in denial. You are an irresponsible mother. Your child hasn't a chance with your lack of intelligence, responsibility, critical thinking and parenting skills. Sorry - I won't be counted in the supportive group hug with Cracker, username and Sally.

I haved and I will continue to do so. I wouldn't want my son disrupting the reg. class. I'd be pissed and thats why he is in the behavioral classroom. I work very hard for as well as with my son. I am in touch with all his teachers, school admin., and counsolers. He has came a long way but we are still moving along. No matter what, as long as he tries his hardest at what ever he does, I'm happy. I do more then the school which I won't get into.

This thread is a good example of why parents shouldn't get a say in education. They only care about their own kids, fuck the other kids who DO behave and DO try to learn. Then you will all bitch about how society fucks kids up when really it is the ill-informed selfish parents who cause the destruction of the education system.
If you feel sorry for someone, fucking tutor them or mentor them. That is what I do. For free. Who really are the mutherfuckers? People who are honest and try to help or the ignorant apologists who are Internet heroes?

No I worded it wrong. I was meaning that childrem without problems sho_ld be in reg. class, kids with behavioral prooblems should be in behavioral classes and kids with learning disabilities in resource classes and autistic kids in special ed. I would not want my child disrupting any classroom! I was rushing and wordered it wrong.

Good for you. Your child will have a positive outcome because you care and you are working with him and getting him the help he needs. I have seen kids recover, fully recover, with time. If you threw him in a regular room without the support he needs, he would get in trouble all the time and not get an education. Screw the people who want every kid in the same room, even if that means they don't get any extra help. They don't really care about individual kids, they just think they know better because they have some twisted idea of equality. Keep doing what you are doing. You know what is right for your own child.

Some of the best/brightest kids I know have autism. That isn't a death sentence, especially if they don't have severe autism.
Intellectually Disabled kids should go to resource because they can't read or write well enough to understand what is going on in a regular room. Most kids with Intellectual Disabilities in America (retarded) are a result of BAD PARENTING, not organic causes. That makes me fucking sick. Learning Disabilities can be coped with in a regular room with a little extra help, those kids are capable if they get help (unless they can't read or write, then school fucking sucks for them). EBD kids do fine with some teachers, not so good with others, so that should be parent choice. I always took the EBD kids and had few problems.
The kids I grew tired of were the fucked up kids that just don't behave. They used to call them Conduct Disorders but now they are just regular students who fuck up the education of every other kid in the room. They should be sent to a special school and shouldn't be around any nice kids. There is no excuse for sending a fucking brat to school, even if you are mama's baby.
The Internet Heroes won't like that, but Cracker doesn't give a shit. Education isn't a one-size-fits-all situation. Most school resources go to helping kids who have problems (mostly caused by parents, less than 2% of kids are actually born with the problems they have, most are caused at home). Screw the kids who are somewhat normal, nobody gives a shit about them anymore. My system won't even buy them math books because they have to hire one teacher to follow around a fucking brat all day and that eats up the textbook money. So yeah, screw you people who make excuses instead of making people be responsible. YOU are part of the problem and the reason my kid doesn't have a math book.
