I was skeptical, but I bought one today and it's great. I'm sure it's poison, but it's probaly better to take a puff of that every once in a while than smoking a regular pack a day. Maybe not.

I did that when I was pregnant and it wasn't any fun. I love smoking.

I love my e-cigs. I've got to the point now that I even do the different flavors.

Get the Blu brand.
Ingredients.........Distilled water, nicotine, natural and artificial flavors and citric acid. All the others ones I saw didn't even list the ingredients. Most of them have some additive they put in antifreeze.

A Vietnam veteran was left with horrific injuries after an electronic cigarette blew up in his mouth, knocking out all his teeth and part of his tongue.
Tom Holloway, 57, of Niceville, Florida, screamed as the device exploded and debris melted everything it touched as it flew around a room at home. I was just going to post about that dude LC. I heard that on the news this morning. That right there is a lawsuit waiting to be filed. I bet he gets a nice settlement.
