I looked up the carbs in your bread, Macho Finger: 1 serving (1 slice) is 80 calories and 14 carbs. Whole wheat bread is 50 calories and 10 carbs a slice. The Bible lied to you again and you ate it up (literally).
I actually haven't had garlic toast in a few years, but whenever I did have it, it was definitely on Italian bread.

Yes, but how much fiber is each bread? That makes a difference. If the jesus bread has at least 4 more grams of fiber it has less carbs.

I initially thought it sucked but then I realized I liked it a lot when toasted. Eating it as a straight up replacement has been growing on me, like with the almond butter. I think the benefit is worth the re-conditioning.

this sounds really good and summery...i am going to try it since i grow thousands of cucumbers, and dill also.

2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
Preparation:
Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Using a whisk, blend the yogurt with the sour cream. Add the olive oil mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Finally, add the cucumber and chopped fresh dill. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill just before serving.

If I'm making garlic bread than I use real Italian or french bread from the bakery, but just for everyday bread I use the Jesus.
The reason sprouted bread is better than whole wheat bread is because wheat flour is much higher in starch and gluten than sprouted whole wheat. The grains and legumes used in the sprouting process increase vitamins and minerals, it's less processed and the sprouting breaks down the carbohydrates and proteins, making it easier to digest and assimilate. The reason I know this is because I read it on a Figure Athlete diet and training site .

Lol..sorry..but only the above, it's simple, you put the yogurt in a deep bowl, you take the garlick that you have cut it in small pieces and you put it inside the yogurt, then you also put olive and the cucumber , and salt and pepper if you want, then you take something and go it round and round with hand for till it becomes everything the same, and then you put it in the fridge and then it's ok after half an hour, you taste it of course before you put it in the fridge to see if it's too hot or not , some like it very hot, other's less, depends if you like garlic or not.
