PHOENIX -- The state of Hawaii has responded to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request for proof that President Barack Obama was in fact born in the Aloha State.
The Hawaii attorney general’s office has reportedly told Bennett that there are steps he needs to take in order to confirm President Obama’s birth records.
Those steps include Bennett proving that he legitimately needs confirmation in order to update the records at his office.

The Hawaii Department of Health’s refusal to confirm to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett that it has a valid birth certificate on file for President Obama makes it look like Hawaii officials “are hiding something,” said Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in an interview this morning with WND.
Bennett told Phoenix talk-radio host Mike Broomhead yesterday on his KFYI AM show that he might keep Obama’s name off of the state’s presidential ballot if he doesn’t receive the confirmation.
Eight weeks ago, the secretary of state asked Hawaii officials merely for an email confirming the Department of Health has a certified copy of the birth certificate. But Bennett told Broomhead, reported the White House Dossier blog, that Hawaii officials have not complied.

Dick will love you. Personally I think this whole issue is stupid. I read a WSJ article on it and McCain was quoted as saying Obama would be on the ballot in AZ.

It's not stupid. The constitutional requirement about natural born was put there for a reason. What isn't right is Hawaii playing games. There are people in the Hawaii state govt who have been complicit in a fraud upon the American people, all for politics.
I don't think Obama was necessarily born in Kenya. I don't even think Obama Sr was his father. It's that we don't know this man's history that's a problem. He's an intelligence agency cutout and a fraud.

I don't say this rudely but what you think doesn't matter, what I think doesn't matter either. He's been Prez for almost four years & given Mitt is his competition he will probably get another four years. As far as Washington & those in power are concerned the bullshit over the birth certificate is done, it's over and it probably will not be revisited.

Thats not a hawaii birth certificate, and I believe Arpaio is being removed from office for his actions and statements. If not, he should be. This whole thing is illegal.

Stop blatting, it's been done to death. Anyone that knows PDF's knows the long form wasn't "created" it's how pdfs are created, layer by layer. Arpaio should be punished for his illegal actions.
You birther's should organize to vote him out of office, the machine is going to make you all look like idiots in the end.

First off it's against the law. None of this should have ever been in the public eye. That kind of documentation should have HAD to have been verified in private.

I want to know who's heart Cheney currently has. If the previous owners BC doesn't pan out, they should forcibly remove it.
