I rarely speak to them, so yes.

Most of them are ok. But there are these two old biddies that are all up in everyone's business.

I don't really know my neighbors. I do occasionally wave as I go by but I doubt I would recognize one if they knocked on my door. There is too much distance between us to really consider them neighbors.

Actually, we have many great neighbors. Several families on our street with children.
The neighbor that we share a back yard with has a pool, and as my wife stays home with the tots, he's basically given her a green light to use it whenever she'd like. So, yeah, I'd say I like my neighbors.

I like the girl in the other half of my house, which is extremely important. But I'm surrounded on either side by rental properties that unfortunately tend to cater to itinerant tenants. Nobody has been particularly annoying but the houses are way too close for my taste. If the location wasn't desirable for other purposes, I'd get the fuck outta here.

I currently live in two places. During the week, I sleep in a 1-room apartment in the city, and I have no contact with my neighbors beyond the occasional 'Hi', which is fine by me.
My 'real' home is located in a small village, and my closest neighbor there is my best friend, so that's pretty awesome. The others around are pretty laid-back and tolerant, too, especially when it comes to terrorizing them with heavy metal in the middle of the night or lighting a campfire whenever we feel like it. Nice people all around.

I have some nice neighbors. There aren't enough hot chicks in my neighborhood for my taste but everyone seems decent on the outside. Who knows what kind of creepy swingers they are in private.

Don't really know my neighbors except to say "hi". There a couple 2 houses away I think we should get to know----they always seem to be on their deck having drinks in the evening at the same time we are--kindred spirits

Great neighbors and I love the neighborhood.

I miss the days when I knew all of my neighbors and everyone talked and chatted and had bbq's.

It's probably good that I don't really have what you could call neighbors. I'd be a terrible neighbor. I'm critical of how people keep their property. I can't stand a mess or uncut grass...or that godawful plastic children's toys bullshit that fades and looks so cheap. I'm anti plastic in everything.

i'm in a nice old established neighborhood. houses not close together. i only know an elderly couple next door who live here in the summer months, Boston in the winter. they are lovely people, rarely see them, i like to give them veggies and apples from garden. he is a nut for cutting down trees, so i get a lot of firewood!

Spay and neuter your dogs and cats. Ban gas chambers in your local shelters. User made the call. User made a difference!

Did you get a chance to tell them how much you didn't like the color?
My brother painted his house a weird sort of rust color that looks orange to me. Fucking ugly. I never miss a chance to give him shit about it. |
