I have lots left over, my other half worked most of the weekend so it was just me and our little one eating thanksgiving dinner.

I don't want turkey sandwiches all week, so I will send some your way.

Really? I will have to google that, never heard of them before. Thanks.

There is probably enough food to feed 5 families. My other half knew it was just the 3 of us but still bought a great huge turkey, I think the dog will be getting some extra treats this week too.

I always get about a 22 lb. bird, sometimes we have guests, sometimes we don't, the size of the bird never changes. I cooked one by myself a few weeks ago, I didn't realize that it would lose so much of its juice or I wouldn't have put so much water in the pan and it overflowed the roaster and my home filled with smoke. It was an awful mess but the bird looked lovely.

I usually do a less than 20 for just my husband and myself. This year I will do the same as you Duchess, probably larger. I am haveing a couple cousins over, and want to send some home with them.
