I used to be that way. I would channel my dad and tell the kids to put on a sweatshirt when they say they are cold. But this week is crazy cold.

I turn it down to 63 when I go to bed & put it back up to 72 the following morning before I get in the shower.

In Fort Lauderdale I have never turned on my heat in 26 years. When I am in NJ I set it back at night and sleep on a heated mattress pad. This winter, up until now, has been mild and I predict 2013 will go into the record books as another record warm year.

Me too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a programmable timer and used to set the heat to go up and down depending on when we were typically home, in bed etc. I'm not sure but I think having it adjust all the time probably ended up costing us more money.

I live in Florida, we never turn the heat on. I think about seven years ago it actually got cold enough to snow for about 10 seconds and even then I still had the thermostat on AC.

Always 1-2 degrees above or below what my husband puts it at.
Somewhere between 71-73 at all times.
You are missed...RIP Lady Cop
