I think New Years resolutions are a crock of shit..I've never even understood the concept of making a deal with ones' self to say or do things that should be said & done regardless of what day it is...I know that many people make them...Why ?

I don't make them because they ARE unrealistic. I don't know anyone who has ever actaully stuck to one. If you want to make a change in your life, just do it. Why wait for the New Year. To me that is just an excuse to keep on doing what you know you shouldn't be.
