Mark Bridger, accused of abducting and murdering 5 year old April Jones in the Welsh town of Machynlleth on the 1st of october 2012, has just been found guilty of murder, child abduction and perverting the course of justice.
The jury took just four hours to reach their guilty verdict.
Bridger claimed he accidentally ran over April in his off road vehicle and then panicked when left with her dead body. He claimed he couldn't remember what he had done with her body because he was drunk and in a state of panic. Depsite a 7 month extensive search Aprils body has never been found.
The prosecution said Bridger had photographs of local schoolgirls on his computer along with photographs of other high profile young female murder victims. He also had indecent images of children on his hard drive.
Aprils DNA was found in small bloodstains on Bridgers living room floor and tiny fragments of a childs skull were found in his fireplace.
Police described Bridger as a “dangerous and cold blooded paedophile” who wouldn't reveal the location of Aprils remains because “he wanted to maintain some kind of control”.
He is set to be sentenced later this afternoon.

I hope he is looking over his shoulder scared he's going to get jumped by the other prisoners every day he is in jail.

if he is on a murder wing his life will be a short one, plenty of psychos there who miss their kids, but if they put him on a high security nonce wing he will probably just get a dead arm from all the high fiving he will be doing with all the other sick scumbags

Yes I don't know why the country wastes money on the ones they can't rehabilitate, they should kill them selves or be shot, they are a drain on society.

I agree, serious offenders that you know will reoffend if they ever get released should be put down like rabid dogs and turned into animal feed.

Totally, because if they can never be set free, why spend millions of pound keep these individuals ''safe'' and ''secure'' i'd rather the money spent on them went on those who are ill or to poor or homeless, at least some of those people may not be entirely responsible for their circumstance unlike paedophiles and repeat killers/rapists et al, off with their fucking stinking heads.

If i was Aprils father it would keep me awake at night knowing her kidnapper abuser and killer was in a warm safe place with 3 free hot meals a day for the rest of his fucking life.
Definitely time to bring the death penalty back in the UK maybe if we leave the EU we will be able to do just that. The human rights act is blind because it defends scum like Bridger as well.

"skinners" don't last long in jail. It's not great but what is great is they never know when it will happen. I can picture his eyes darting from right to left now, nostrils flaring with a little spittle on the lower left lip.

If he's in general population he is in real trouble but like esad said he will probably be segregated from the general pop in a secure unit amongst his other paedophile associates.
I hope one of them makes Bridger his bitch.
