Hey Hey. 'Niners win.
I KNOW!! I was mostly watching too. I think the football world has spun on its axis and I have to watch for them to win now. Maybe.
*sigh* It's confusing not knowing what position you play on the team.

I will be at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. Hopefully, I will see the Chiefs wipe the floor with Eli and the rest of the Giants.
I'm excited, haven't been to the game in quite some time.

Andy Reid knows this team very well. I've read that he's on an NFC East reunion tour. *snicker*
The Giants are playing crap football. I'm actually a little shocked.

I think if I have to hear Peyton Manning's name one more time I'm going to want to barf on someone's shoes.

My son just said, "The Vikings are going to beat the Steelers today because we haven't won any of our games yet."
Haha!

Eagles Broncos game is on, supposedly live, here now at 7am Monday morning...kinda takes the fun out of beer, burgers and football. I wonder how many people would have thought Eagles would have been within 1, 10 minutes before half time.

Not many, I can say that with certainty. I wasn't one of them however.

4-0 BABY!!! It was an experience. For a while, I didn't think the Chiefs were going to get motivated.
I loved when the referee was reviewing a play, and after he announced that the challenge was upheld; he said that "Philadelphia will not be charged a time-out!"
OOPS, Reid's in red, not green!!!

I watched that game & I missed that! That's hysterical! Hahaha! Honest mistake. So many years spent associating Coach Reid with Philly.
I'm really happy for him, not so much the night he beat us but in general. I dreamed Michael & Co. threw that game so Andy could stick it to his former boss. Heh.

Sorry, Duchess, but Fox just switched us to a more 'competitive' game. The Broncos look really good. Now we get Dallas-San Diego.

This ultra-competitve NFL is making it real hard to pick games (accurately).
At least that's the excuse I'm going with.
Week 5 Picks (last week 8-7. 31-32 overall):
CLEVE over Buff: The Browns seem to have found their stride after making what seemed at the time a befuddling trade of Trent Richardson.
NO over CHI: Sean Peyton and the Saints are quietly dismantling the NFL too, just not getting the hype of the Broncos.
CINCY over NE: Bengals bounce back with a big win over the Patriots.
GB over Det: No one will take the Lions seriously until they can win a divisional road game. Is this the week?
TENN over KC: That sound you hear is Andy Reid going 'thud'.
Sea over INDY: Pete Carroll says 'We're still the #1 ranked team in ESPN's Power Rankings for a reason'.
STL over Jax: The Rams pull one out in the 'Turd Bowl'.
MIA over Balt: Will Flacco throw 5 INT's again this week? Not sure, but he'll find some way to lose this one too.
Phil over NYG: As George Bush Senior use to say, 'Not gonna do it'. In this case, I'm NOT gonna pick the Giants just cuz their due. Wouldn't be prudent.
Car over ARIZ: Can the Panthers get on a roll? This would be considered a 'must-win' for a team with playoff aspirations.
Den over DALL: As much as I'd like to think the Cowboys can win this game (and they CAN), it's easier to believe they'll find a way to lose it at the end.
Hou over SF: Two teams trending downward. Did the 49ers really get better last week? Or were they simply playing a Rams team that's pretty bad? I'll take the latter. Texans bounce back from a heartbreaker.
SD over OAK: Chargers solidify their hold on 3rd in the AFC West.
ATL over NYJ: Something scares me about this game, and it really shouldn't.

I haven't seen the Titans play, so I am not sure how this week will go down.

All of you KC fans must be friggin' delighted with Coach Reid...and your players of course.
