I personally think there is a big difference between mocking and shit talking or baseless name calling. It takes some finesse and cleverness to mock someone effectively. I don't see calling someone an asshole, a fag or a douche bag as mocking. You have to know the person and pick on their shortcomings as mocking. Then again, that is my opinion. Just like politics and religion, I respect everyone's opinion as long as they don't try to shove them down my throat.

FB, you are taking the spirit of this forum WAY too seriously. Most of us DO respect each other . Here we just give ourselves permission to have a bit of fun with each other, and not take it personally. We just take it, shake it off and give it back.
You will see that more often than not, in most of this forum, we do "act like adults" and have normal discussions without calling each other an asswipe. For example, we are approaching the first anniversary of the passing of a much respect member of the Mock community...one who most of us had never met in real life. We have had several threads of people expressing at how much they miss her. No one is being Mocked there. We know when it is appropriate to have a bit of fun with each other.
