....In the UK!
The news here would often show footage of Americans literally fighting each other and rioting to get the must have toy of the year or the bargain of the year. Us Brits used to see that and think it was completely mental but know its happening here!
It started a few years ago when a new Ikea store opened somewhere in Britain it was so packed people started fighting each other to get some piece of flat packed furniture or other. Now today it happened again.
In a few Asda stores (owned by Walmart who else?) Today they decided to try black friday bargains the result? Fucking chaos! We live in a world where people will physically assault each other to get a cheap tv!
Jesus Christ.

There is nothing, and I mean nothing, that could have convinced me to go near a mall or department store today. There was a great deal of complaining this year because many stores were starting their Black Friday at 8:00 PM Thanksgiving night. Some of the complaints were from those who thought it was disgraceful to do that on such a big, family holiday and then there were those whose complaint was for the same reason but they added to it by saying, we have to leave our families to go get the bargains. Hahaha.

There is nothing I need or want bad enough to have to stand in line for hours and then be trampled by fat ladies.

Hahaha. FYI, the NFL shop for our team has some pretty good deals today and you can do it from your comp.

What about the people that have to leave their families to go work in these retail stores? I think it's disgraceful that stores open on TG night. People go from bring thankful for what they have to fighting over a sale item they want.

I don't normally like to shop and never go out shopping the day after Thanksgiving, but my first Black Friday experience turned out pretty okay.
Not even my nieces can drag me to the mall or department store (any day of the year), but they did get me out for specialty items at little shops and the foot traffic wasn't too bad at all.
Here's one of the stores that we hit for some sale items.
The store name had me thinking of you - had to snap a pic.

Depends on how much they charge for delivery.
Some online retailers delivery charges are obscene.

Delivery charges determine where I shop.
