Stacey Rambold ^ is the teacher who pleaded guilty to raping his 14 year old female student -- he was 47 at the time. The girl committed suicide before the case went to trial.

The judge in the case sentenced him to only one month in jail and said the victim looked older and probably bore some responsibility for her rape. He's not a judge anymore.

The sentence was successfully appealed and Rambold's case was heard by a new judge. Rambold was just sentenced to 15 years with 5 suspended -- he'll serve a decade behind bars.

These two foxy teachers are friends who work at the same high-school in Louisiana. They've both been arrested for having a menage-a-trois with a 16-year-old male student after a Friday night football game.


Shelley Dufresne and Rachel Respess

Both women have been suspended without pay.

At 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, 24-year-old Rachel Respess of Kenner turned herself in to the Kenner Police Department. She was accompanied by her attorney Jeffrey Smith, as well as an associate of his.

According to Smith, Respess has been arrested and booked on one count of felony carnal knowledge involving a juvenile, one count of indecent behavior, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Tuesday, 34-year-old Shelley Dufrense, also a teacher at Destrehan High School, was arrested for having sexual relations with the same juvenile male student. She's married with two children.

At a press conference Wednesday, Kenner Police Chief Michael Glaser told reporters that he believed the community should be outraged by the actions of the two teachers.

"No matter what the sex of the victim is, everyone should be outraged," Glaser said. "You have an educator whose responsibility is the safety and education of children, and when it goes outside those lines I do believe the community should be outraged."

I can understand how some people don't view the 16-year-old as a victim, but more as "lucky" or a "stud" in this case (lots of comments under the news stories to that effect) -- his bragging is what led to the investigation.

No matter how anyone sees the boy, it blows my mind how many female teachers are being busted for having sex with their students. I think there are probably more immature adult women with severe cases of arrested development (which attracts them to teaching positions) than I'd like to believe.

I'd be pissed if it were my son. Teachers of either sex should not be sexually engaged with their minor students, IMO.

This was called a sex attack. I don't think teachers should be banging their students but I also don't think a 17 yr. old football player getting some head from his 22 yr. old teacher and recording it is a sex attack.

The student told police he met her at the school and gave her his cell phone number. He claims he later received a text message from Greene, who was teaching English, to which he asked her if she was 'kinky'. She allegedly responded, 'I don't tell, I show'. The sex attack at the end of the school's pep rally - it allegedly occurred in Greene's classroom where the student recorded the oral sex, without Greene's knowledge, according to the warrant.

Greene then allegedly sent the teen a text message over the weekend asking him not to tell anyone because 'it is not right for a student and teacher to have a relationship.'

But, the suspect, ^ Rex Allen Murphy, says he was only trying to help the 16-year-old male victim because he sensed that the boy was struggling with homosexuality, like Murphy himself had struggled before he got cured.

The boy reported the sexual abuse to cops in Kentucky and Murphy was arrested a couple of days later.

According to Colin Hatfield, Eubank Chief of Police, ' The details were very graphic and to the point. Upon tracking down the suspect, Rex Allen Murphy and interviewing him, he did in fact confess to the allegations.' He added that due to the severity of the case most details are being withheld.

Murphy denies using his Warlock powers as a threat to intimidate the boy into keeping silent.

Police are investigating whether there are other victims.

^ Michelle Smith White (37), was a dance teacher in North Carolina for 18 years. She formed a friendship with a 15-year-old female student which allegedly became sexual.

The parents of the girl found out the teacher was texting their daughter and told White to stop. She didn't stop.

When police searched the Whites' home, they found communications with sexual references between White, her husband, and the minor student. They also found that Mrs. White had the girl's name and likeness tattooed on her body. What a freak (and a dipshit).

Michelle White had been suspended twice before by the school and resigned in the midst of the police investigation back in April. She's charged with taking liberties with a student and engaging in a sex offense with a minor. Her husband has not been charged thus far.

Former Utah high school English teacher ^ Brianne Altice, 35, (also a soon-to-be-divorced wife and mother) is facing charges for having sex with three male students.

She had sex with the third student while she was out on bail and a judge ordered for her bail to be revoked.

One of the students, who was 17 when they allegedly had sex, has now sued the Davis County School District for emotional damages in the amount of $674,000 because Altice had been reprimanded after the school saw a photo of her acting inappropriately with a student but she was not fired.

IMO, Altice is probably yet another female teacher with arrested development who got into teaching to be around teens because she wants to be one or is attracted to them. Or, she's a straight-up predator, or a nympho. Whichever, it's messed up bullshit for teachers of either sex to seduce/manipulate their high school students and she's dug her own grave in terms of losing her teaching career and facing criminal charges. However, I am skeptical about the motives of the 17-year-old male suing for emotional damages to that tune -- there aren't a lot of details available at this point.

Last month, Altice motioned for one of the charges to be dropped, claiming she had not been in a position of authority when she was accused of having sex with one of the boys. But a judge denied the motion.

No trial dates have yet been set but she faces up to life in prison if convicted.

The student, William Flynn, who she seduced and conned into killing her husband (using false stories of abuse) was approved for parole last week after serving 25 years. He'll be released in June. He got married while in prison.

Pamela is in the news today. She says that she doesn't understand why the same kind of mercy can't be shown to her. She's spent 25 years in prison too and thinks she should be forgiven. She still claims she's only guilty of having sex with minors. She's full of shit; she's never getting out.

A Utah judge sentenced a former high school English teacher, Brianne Altice, 36, who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing three male students to at least two and up to 30 years in prison Thursday.

Prosecutors say one of the boys was 16 and two were 17 when Brianne Altice had sex with them. Altice was initially free while her case played out, but was sent to jail in January after allegations emerged that she continued a sexual relationship with one of the boys while she was out on bail.

Sorry sweeties, the double standard is alive and well. A girl who is sexually molested by a teacher was likely pursued and pressured by an authority figure because that's how we're wired. But a male adolescent who successfully bags his teacher is seen as a hero both to himself and his peers.

Enough of this victim shit. Procreation and sex are the second most powerful instinct in the human body behind breathing. And it doesn't magically kick in at the artificial "age of maturity some asshole picked out of a hat years ago, it starts with overwhelming force when the body floods with hormones that insist on getting nekkid and rubbing against the nearest available body.
Preaching to kids that sex is "bad" or immoral is folly and does more actual damage than the socalled molesting in these cases. Instead, maybe "responsible"adults ought to be teaching responsible sex complete with birth control. Abstinence didn't work for our ancestors, it didn't work for us, maybe it's anout time we stopped pretending it will work for our kids and make them READY to be responsible sexual beings.
