Thanks. I think what I have now is a long bob (sometimes referred to as a lob--heh-heh). It's boring. I want some layers but they have to be long layers or I end up looking like I have a mushroom on the top of my head. The top gets all puffy which bugs the hell out of me.

I like that cut and would even consider chopping off a lot of my hair for it. The only problem is my hair is curly and I'm sure the hair dresser could make it look good, but I wouldn't be able to get the same look on my own. I'd be going around looking like Ramsey with a damn afro.

I'm sure you could get the second cut if you were willing to break out a flat iron. I'm not willing to put a ton of time in to my hair so on most days I need a blow dry/go hair cut. Left on it's own, my hair wants to do little flips like in the first pic so...*fingers crossed* I can get that look pretty easily. I'd probably have to use a flat iron to get it totally straight like the second.

The same lady has been cutting/highlighting my hair for probably the last 8 years. It's going to be nice to get a different perspective. I think this new lady was spot on in saying my color should be cooler so that right there is going to be fun!

Warm vs. cool blonde...(yeah, I'm bored--and that's not my head). I've used teeth whitening strips twice today. I might as well try to come out of this whole ordeal looking a little better FFS.




Actually, that's a pretty crappy picture. The woman's hair before wasn't just "warm", it was a hot mess orange blonde.

I hear ya. I've been nursing a cold the last few days and today it started breaking up. I seriously thought I was going to pass out at work from all the runny nose and sinus headache/pressure. The cough made it hard tobreathe and talk to the customers also.

I think stylist will take her cue from you....Some are more into talking to the other hair stylists and catching up on "shop gossip" than visiting with you. If you both act like your true lovely selves as presented here in Mock, don't think you have anything to worry about. They will be so intimidated by you, they will just zip it..... User, hope your hair comes out looking wonderful.......
