Governing however is another matter, and Trump may have trouble with that. It's all well and good to be a CEO and have complete control... but that's not the role of the POTUS.

I've been in Las Vegas for the past two weeks . . . one more to go.

I've deliberately forced myself to watch FOX News (switching back and forth between CNN).

CNN is covering Trump way more than FOX.

And I really haven't found FOX, during their news and NOT their hosted opinion segments, to have a massive conservative shift in reporting daily events.

He keeps claiming that the Mexican government is forcing their criminals over the U.S. border and laughing behind our backs, AND he's gonna make them stop, AND he's gonna make them pay the U.S. $100,000 for every undocumented Mexican criminal the U.S. sends back, AND he's gonna build a wall at the border and get the Mexican government to pay for it. No proof whatsoever to back up his allegations, nor any details to support his fantastical promises.

Today he went so far as to proclaim that Mexican cartel kingpin El Chapo's escape from a Mexico City prison proved, without a doubt, that he's right about Mexico!!! Donald Trump es una locura en la cabeza.

To be fair, however, every now and again the man has a moment of clarity. After news outlets reported a couple of days ago about how George W. Bush is raking in six figures to appear at charity events for wounded veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan, Trump sent out the following tweet:

CNN was broadcasting Pope's visit and although I only had TV on in background, I just got tired of all the redundancy so I changed channel to only news channel I could find. Lo and Behold it was Fox News. I will deny it if you ever rat me out......My friend in Washington is still praying for me because I don't watch Fox news....I waited for the insults to start and they didn't. I was quite flabbergasted.....

They were discussing both (all) sides and I didn't hear a bit of anti-Obama stuff...As some of you know I lean a little left, and if I have had a glass of wine, then I lean both ways......

I can. A lot of what he says is very surprising but not unbelievable. I think he knows exactly what he is doing and I think it brings him a great deal of pleasure to shake things up. He has a lot of support right now. I don't know if he'll retain that for the next year but there's a pretty good chance he will. He is as un-PC as one can get and there are those who are loving every minute of this.
