Appropriately so; "nosy" bitch.
Of course it's not cool to interject yourself into the personal lives of strangers. I don't give a shit about the love lives of strangers at the ballpark and don't trust the motives of anyone who does.
I will admit, however, that I hate bullshit relationship drama and resent keeping people's secrets; even the secrets of people I love when they concern someone else that I know, like or love.
I think there are some situations where it might have been better or more honorable for me to snitch when I couldn't get the offender to come clean themselves, but I've never once done that (and probably never will).

Just look at them, they both look like busybodies!

Some people turn their text size way up... maybe the cheater had her text too big, and was using a larger iPhone.
And the way they squeeze you in these stadiums, rows aren't that far apart.
Add to that the ability to zoom your phone camera, and voila! Complete stranger surveillance.

I think they are both twats. Who the fuck reads the texts of a stranger sitting near you. Twats, that's who. Stupid rags will print this story and no one is asking those bitches what they were doing reading the texts.

Speaking of long distance surveillance, here's some crazy shit with a point and shoot digital camera that's about $600
And what creepers will do with it:

No, it's not cool.
As Sally said, it all seems self-serving on their parts since they're publishing the incident (and themselves) all over the net.
I don't know anything about the couple whose business they just stuck their fat noses in to but he could be a cheater too. They might have kids...old enough to see this crap flying around the internet about their parents.
It's one thing if you insert yourself in to a relationship because you know and care about at least one of the people involved. It's an entirely different thing to do it to two people that you don't even know and really couldn't (or shouldn't) give a fuck about.
Idiots.

Oh man. I really like the zoom feature on my camera because I enjoy photographing the wildlife but it's somewhat uncomfortable seeing what one can do with a zoom like that!

Wow, now can see how many poor celebes think they are privately relaxing in a remote location, even sans clothes, and then some sleaze photog takes their pix from a mile or more away. And sells those pix to the rags.
(Without of course the celebes permission)
Privacy is a thing of the past!

There are some great videos of people using that camera exactly for wildlife shooting. Really stunning stuff.

I think if I had the balls to bring it up, I'd do it very dramatically right at the time. Like - "Excuse me miss, are you texting some guy that you'll be naked on the floor for him and you love him very much while you're sitting next to your husband at this game?" Right in front of him so he can deal with it himself.
If you're gonna be sexting that kinda shit in front of me, you deserve what you get. You're stupid and disloyal, and I have no time for people with those 2 qualities. I wouldn't be the type of person to snoop like that tho, so I probably wouldn't notice. But I definitely wouldn't blow up the net with it. That's just attention seeking BS. Stupid girls being drama queens.

I'd like to see those bitches eat some shit for being so fuckin' nosy.
I still can hardly believe they had the audacity to do what they did. I've never looked over anyone's shoulder to read their text messages and I don't think many other people have either.
