I throw so much food out it's a sin, but I've been getting better. Last week I made a big pot of navy bean and kale soup and we ate the leftovers for dinner every night until it became unbearable. Definitely cheaper than throwing out the soup the next day and making a whole new dinner. Plus everyone stays skinny because how much bean and kale soup can you eat after 3 days. No one is going back for seconds.
