Chimichurri on a toasted french roll is divine.

The more garlic and buttery the better. And slightly soft soggy. Not a big fan of crunchy garlic bread.

Man. I love garlic bread. Probably a little too much. Hard, soft, either one is fine by me. NomNomNom

We go to a restaurant called Mama Mia's (in SNAKEland) I HATE SNAKES, while waiting for the entrees, where
they give you a basket full of hot dripping chopped garlic/oil drenched rolls that are to die for!
We have to be careful not to let the garlic/oil drip on us! hah

Spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, and red wine is one of my favorite all time meals. I love dipping hard-crust soft-middle garlic bread into thick deep-red marinara (not a fan of thin orangish spaghetti sauce).

Spaghetti and meatballs were about the only thing my mom knew how to cook and her sauce was the thick deep red type, mine never comes out as good as hers.  She never even made garlic bread with it, she'd just put butter on cheap bread and somehow it tasted so good dipped in the sauce. I usually make real garlic bread when I do spaghetti, but sometimes I crave this plain, old soft bread with just butter and dipped in the sauce.

I love it too.

It’s really hard to get rid of garlic breath however.

Anyone got any tips beyond brushing and mouthwash?

Chew on some fresh mint or basil leaves and your bad breath will be gone. It's a natural breath freshener and works better than mouthwash. I have a bunch of it growing in my backyard, it grows like weeds here.

I did that too, except it was garlic powder and cream cheese.
