That's right Jalapeno poppers. It takes me 3 days to make these things. Peel the peppers clean out the seeds, cut in half and spoon in the cream cheese/ cheese mixture. Put the halves back together, dip in egg/milk bread crumbs and let dry in between 3 times . Then deep fry with french fries and some chicken. 3 fucking days. And I made the Grandpappy of all poppers with a pepper that was the size of my hand ( I missed that one when plucking the other ones)...........All I have left to do is deep fry them tomorrow. I had forgotten what a PITA they were. I will try and get a pic of Grandpappy. That will be a meal in itself.

That's a lot of work for poppers, but I bet they're effin' delicious.

Another guy at work makes them but they are lame. He uses crescent rolls from a can to wrap them and hardly puts any cream cheese or cheese in them. The breading taste sweet and I just want to show him what a real popper should be. And he cuts the peppers in half.

I haven't had poppers in years and you're making me miss them!
Do you eat them with a side of ranch or some other dipping sauce?
The best ones I've ever had were served with a tangy orange-colored sauce (and a very large Long Island Iced Tea).

i'm making french fry's to go with them and some Capt Crunch fried boneless chicken. I don't use sauce but i guess if I did maybe ranch dressing or something.

My son requests them all the time. Last time I made him bread them and after the 20th one he said this sucks, yeah no shit. I like them equally well stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in a piece of bacon and put under the broiler. They're not technically poppers anymore, but they're still good and way easier.

I keep reading this title as "poopers". I am sure "Poopers" are not nearly as delicious.
