i am not going to fight Cape traffic. but i always watch the ones from Boston on TV. a lot of people go by boat on the Charles river. Old Ironsides gets her annual turnaround too. went in person once to take my kids, it was a great show by the Boston Pops, and the cannon/artillary fire during the 1812 overture is beyond inspirational and thrilling! whatever you do, have a safe one! ::thumbs::
I live on the beachside so I can see them just as good from my front yard as the bridge. I have to lock the dogs in my room because the noise drives them crazy.
i can understand why dogs would be scared. and very little children too. mounted police have specially trained horses for these occasions as well, they cannot afford to be spooked.
this was the scene on the sagamore bridge yesterday...and the reason i stay off the roads on holiday weekends. damn cape is full of deaf and blind asshole driversfrom florida.
Firefighters and police work at the scene of yesterdayâ¿¿s four-vehicle crash on the Sagamore Bridge in Bourne.
I will be watching the fireworks from DC and then the Boston Pops celebration.
Many years back I was dating a guy and we could watch the fireworks here in Rochester from his back deck. That was about the only pleasant memory I have from that particular relationship,
My wife and I, with my daughter (my boys are out of town with grandparents), spent the day at the beach. Tonight I will take her to a local clearing to view some sky sparks.
