It wasn't a jab at you, it was a jab at the "recipe-writers" I haven't read it all yet. But I am interested in the benefits of bone broth and will read it at some point. My sister drinks that stuff.

it's all good. Right after I pasted that mess, I popped a pill and slept for 6 hours. I'm surprised my migraine medication still worked. It's been about 2 years since I had one and the prescription expired last year.

I did it!
I got a roast, cut it in 1⁄2 and put it in the crock pot with onions, carrots and celery and seasoning.
AND THEN
I even got out my rice cooker and made some rice to go with it.
OMG it was so good.

On Thursday I made sausages, diced potatoes, onions, red pepper, canned mushrooms, and cracked pepper brussel sprouts. Came out better than the stove cooked pork chops. I'll put a picture on my Flickr account.
